Shawna Rasmussen

Shawna Rasmussen is a Principal and Director of Change Management at ISG: Integrated Solutions Group since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing and expanding the Organizational Change Management Practice for both governmental and private sector clients. As a Board of Directors Member at Boyer Children's Clinic since July 2022, Shawna contributes strategic insights. Prior experience at West Monroe spanned from May 2013 to October 2022, holding roles from Senior Manager to Experienced Consultant in Change Management. Shawna's career began at Denali Advanced Integration, with prior positions at Starbucks Coffee Company. Shawna holds a BA in Communication, Theater, and Computer Science from Western Washington University, completed in 2009, and attended Eastern Washington University from 2004 to 2006.
