Dan Zimmerman

Dan Zimmerman has a diverse professional background that spans various roles in community services, acting, creative direction, and mental health support. Currently serving as the Community Relationship Lead and Drop In Programming Coordinator at Boyle Street Community Services since January 2020, Dan has also maintained a longstanding role as a Union Actor and Stunt Performer with ACTRA since November 2016, with notable commercial and feature film credits. Previous experiences include acting as Creative Director for Old Saw Studio Inc., where Dan developed promotional content, and founding LikeBlockr App, a pioneering social media tool with significant user engagement. Dan's history as a mental health worker and employment facilitator showcases a commitment to social impact, coupled with strong skills in communication and creative strategy gained through positions at organizations such as JaxonLabs and The Mustard Seed. A graduate of Alberta University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting, Dan brings a unique blend of artistic and practical expertise to all endeavors.
