Ian Mathieson

Ian Mathieson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, consulting, and education within the community services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Boyle Street Community Services since August 2015, Ian previously worked as a Senior Consultant at CRC Consulting, where responsibilities included fostering equitable workplaces and facilitating organizational change. Prior roles included Educational Consultant and Migrant Routes Coordinator at the Centre for Race and Culture, focusing on supporting immigrants and refugees in navigating their challenges in Canada. Ian holds a Master of Arts in Peace, Development, Security, and International Conflict Transformation from Universität Innsbruck, a Master of Arts in International Peace Studies from Universidad para la Paz, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Alberta.
