Adam oversees the portfolio companies and implementation of Boyne’s investment thesis. He also manages the administration of the investment funds and investor relations, as well as participating in the investment and divestiture process.
Adam has over fifteen years of executive management experience within the private equity/portfolio company sector. Prior to joining Boyne, Adam served as Chief Operating Officer with Harren Equity Partners, which at the time was a $200 million buyout fund focused on the lower middle market. Adam previously held several senior executive level positions at private equity portfolio companies across several industries, through which he gained significant operational and management experience.
Adam received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
