Alexis Mendel

Lexi is responsible for recruiting and hiring talent for Boyne Capital and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Boyne, Lexi served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Brave Health where she built and managed the recruitment function for all organizational departments as the company grew nationally and scaled from an early stage to a Series C stage startup. Before joining Brave Health, she worked at Gastro Health, one of the country’s largest private equity-backed gastroenterology groups as their Physician Recruitment Manager, owning and executing their clinical recruitment strategy. Lexi brings almost a decade of talent acquisition and people operations experience to Boyne. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy.
