Jonathan helps drive the investment process at Boyne and is involved in the sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence of acquisition opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining Boyne, Jonathan worked as a Corporate Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Jonathan represented strategic buyers and sellers and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of matters in a variety of industries including automotive, health care, food processing, food service, technology, aviation, and consumer products.
Jonathan previously worked at Claymore Securities, where he developed and monitored Unit Investment Trusts. He also interned for a United States federal judge.
Jonathan received his undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, investments, and banking from the University of Wisconsin and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
