Matt focuses on post-acquisition strategy, financial reporting, and operational support to the investment portfolio.
Prior to joining Boyne, Matt worked as a Management Consultant at Alvarez and Marsal where he worked on performance improvement initiatives exclusively at private equity-owned portfolio companies. Prior to that, he was an investment professional with ClearSky, sourcing and executing growth-stage investments in energy technology and cybersecurity businesses.
Matt also previously worked in Transaction Services and Audit at KPMG and Ernst & Young, respectively. Matt received his B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
