Stephen Kircher

Stephen Kircher has extensive experience in the ski resort industry, serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of Boyne Resorts since May 1988, leading the company to become the third largest ski company in North America by skier days. Prior roles include President of Boyne Eastern Operations and General Manager of Michigan Operations at Boyne Resorts, as well as Director of Special Projects. Earlier in their career, Stephen Kircher worked at Boyne Mountain Resort in various capacities from June 1978 to September 1986. Stephen Kircher holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management, earned between 1986 and 1988.
