Mari Bosker

Mari Bosker has more than 20 years of experience in fundraising and leadership development and has raised more than $70 million at nonprofits in Houston. As the Director of Board Governance and Communications for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, she manages the strategic direction for the 41-member board, as well as oversees marketing and communications for the Houston Clubs. Prior to joining Boys & Girls Clubs, Mari worked in the fundraising departments at Baylor College of Medicine, DePelchin Children's Center, The Center for Hearing and Speech, and The United Way of Greater Houston.

Mari received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and was awarded a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certificate in 2007. She has served on the boards of the Planned Giving Council of Houston (2010 Gift Planning Conference Chair); the Association of Fundraising Professionals (2013 National Philanthropy Day Awards Chair); Power Tools for Nonprofits Advisory Board Member (2009) and Strategic Planning Chairman for The Junior League of Houston (2010).
