Stephanie Rideau

Stephanie Rideau is a board member at Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver Inc. and was previously the director of business operations and development at Comcast Business from January 2018 to September 2020. Stephanie was responsible for supporting operations for Comcast's commercial business in the Keystone Region, including managing the Sales Support, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations teams. Stephanie successfully created and onboarded the SMB Sales Support team and restructured the Enterprise Sales Support team that created greater efficiency for the sales force. In addition, Stephanie successfully implemented process improvement initiatives to more quickly install customers and improve sales-to-connect ratio that elevated the customer experience and more quickly recognized revenue.

Prior to their time at Comcast, Stephanie was the director, global head of risk capital adequacy at BNY Mellon from January 2016 to January 2018. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for program management for CCAR & DFAST stress testing, logistics of the cross-functional relationship between the Federal Reserve and internal business teams for the qualitative and quantitative CCAR assessment, development of BNY Mellon's annual and mid-cycle DFAST Disclosure Statements, and facilitation of the development of a new governance framework for the CCAR and DFAST stress testing program by collaborating with the Model Risk and Market Risk teams. Stephanie also collaborated with the Risk, Finance, and Treasury teams to create an enterprise-wide gap analysis and remediation plan for SR 15-18 supervisory expectations for capital planning.

Stephanie Rideau has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Stephanie also has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Strategic Leadership from Duquesne University. Stephanie Rideau's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering with a minor in BioEngineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Stephanie has also completed a Women in Leadership Class XXI from Coro Pittsburgh as well as Executive Education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Stephanie Rideau is also certified from Coursera - The University of Melbourne in The Language and Tools of Financial Analysis.
