In this role, Stephanie was responsible for program management for CCAR & DFAST stress testing, logistics of the cross-functional relationship between the Federal Reserve and internal business teams for the qualitative and quantitative CCAR assessment, development of BNY Mellon's annual and mid-cycle DFAST Disclosure Statements, and facilitation of the development of a new governance framework for the CCAR and DFAST stress testing program by collaborating with the Model Risk and Market Risk teams. Stephanie also collaborated with the Risk, Finance, and Treasury teams to create an enterprise-wide gap analysis and remediation plan for SR 15-18 supervisory expectations for capital planning.
Stephanie Rideau has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Stephanie also has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Strategic Leadership from Duquesne University. Stephanie Rideau's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering with a minor in BioEngineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
