Holly Strawser

Holly Strawser has a diverse work experience in various roles related to training, safety audits, and environmental health and safety administration. Holly currently holds the position of Director of Training and Safety Audits at Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, where they are responsible for creating training materials, schedules, and reports. Previously, they worked as an Environmental, Health and Safety Administrator at Florida Health, where they provided leadership and implemented strategic planning initiatives. Prior to that, they served as a Child Care Licensing Supervisor at Broward County Government, where they developed protocols and reports to track revenue and automate processes. Holly'searlier experience includes roles at the Bureau of Child Care, where they led teams, implemented new technologies, and improved inspection and registration activities for childcare programs. Holly Strawser obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Sciences at Binghamton University between 2001 and 2003. Holly Strawser also holds a certification in FDA Food from the FDA.
