Karen Ennis is an experienced nurse who has worked in various healthcare settings, including internal medicine, pediatrics, OB-GYN, substance abuse, and clerical/scheduling. Karen has held roles as a Milieu RN, Director of Nursing, and Dispensing Nurse-RN in different organizations. Karen is also a Nurse/Referral Coordinator and has experience in psych-homecare nursing. Karen holds a Master's degree in Education, a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing. Additionally, Karen has a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management.

Founded in 1942, Boys & Girls Village serves children and families in at-risk situations by strengthening their ability to succeed in life. Through its four-pronged approach of behavioral health services, education and transitional training, permanency planning, and juvenile justice programs, BGV cares for the “whole child” to allow the youth’s development to progress in a positive direction.
