Boys & Girls Village
Katherine Lapolla, LMSW is an experienced social worker who has provided clinical services and crisis interventions to youth and families. Katherine has a background in school social work and interned at various organizations where Katherine matched individuals based on preferences and measures for success. Katherine has a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Siena College.

Founded in 1942, Boys & Girls Village serves children and families in at-risk situations by strengthening their ability to succeed in life. Through its four-pronged approach of behavioral health services, education and transitional training, permanency planning, and juvenile justice programs, BGV cares for the “whole child” to allow the youth’s development to progress in a positive direction.
