Eric Richards

Eric Richards serves as the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County since May 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of President & CEO at Cancer Support Community Indiana from April 2014 to May 2023 and was Vice President of Development & Communications at Little Red Door Cancer Agency from May 2009 to April 2014. Early career roles include Officer of Corporate Giving at Indiana State Museum, Director of Development at Purdue University and Training Inc., and various leadership roles at Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation. Eric holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franklin College.
