Felicia Soto

Felicia Soto's work experience begins in 2013 as a Dance Instructor at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, where they taught ballet and jazz to K-12 students. Felicia also organized family nights and community events during the summer season.

In 2017, Felicia took on the role of Program Management Intern at the same organization, planning and managing community events while utilizing skills in Photoshop and social media to promote the events. Felicia also conducted professional development workshops and trainings for college-level staff.

In 2018, Felicia worked as a Student Advocate at The Immokalee Foundation, supporting 7th-10th grade students in programs, monitoring their attendance, academic progress, and post-secondary readiness. Felicia also coordinated and planned activities for after-school program events.

In the same year, Felicia became a Miracle Afterschool Program - Site Coordinator at the Southwest Florida Workforce Development Board Inc. Here, they managed daily program operations, aligned them with school curriculum, collected and analyzed data for the 21st Century Grant, and collaborated with the school district's administrative staff and teachers.

Currently, Felicia is employed as the Immokalee Area Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, a role they assumed in December 2022. Their responsibilities include developing, planning, implementing, and maintaining club programs and activities in various areas, overseeing the delivery of day-to-day programming, and managing scheduling and staffing for youth.

Felicia Soto pursued their education at various institutions. Felicia attended Florida SouthWestern State College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Their field of study during this period is not specified. Subsequently, they enrolled at Florida Gulf Coast University and studied from 2015 to 2018.
