Cathy Russell

Cathy Russell is the current CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin. Cathy has dedicated their career to helping those in need, especially young people. Cathy previously worked as an advocate for the homeless at Hebron House of Hospitality, Inc. and as the director of the Lilly Initiative at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Throughout their career, Cathy has demonstrated their commitment to improving the lives of others and making a positive impact in their community.

Cathy Russell has a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Southern Indiana and they also attended Bellmont High School.
