The Program Management team at the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a diverse array of programs and activities that support the academic, social, and physical development of the Club's youth members. This team ensures that programs are inclusive, high-quality, and aligned with BGCS's mission to empower young people as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Key responsibilities include daily facility management, coordinating sports and recreational activities, and providing leadership within the different units of the Club to create a positive and impactful environment for all participants.
