Adrian Estrabo

Adrian Estrabo has extensive experience in youth development and sports education, currently serving as School Site Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula since September 2015, where responsibilities have included various roles such as Assistant School Site Director, Middle School Success Advisor, K-8 Coordinator, and Athletic Coordinator. In these positions, Adrian has focused on teaching fundamental skills in basketball and soccer while mentoring teen staff to become future coaches. Additionally, Adrian has contributed to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative as a Program Manager Extern and Intern, supporting the Whole-Child team in grant development and research on the importance of physical health in fostering resilience among youth. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from California State University - East Bay, earned in 2020.
