Jennifer Obiaya is the current CEO at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula. Jennifer has extensive experience in the education sector, having served as a school principal and chief strategy officer for Rocketship Public Schools and Lavinia Group respectively.

Obiaya began their career as a schoolteacher in New York City. Jennifer soon recognized their passion for education administration and went on to earn their Master's in Educational Leadership from Columbia University.

Under their leadership, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula has flourished. Jennifer has helped to expand the organization's reach and impact, and is committed to continue working towards its mission of providing quality programs and services to young people in the community.
