The Development and Fundraising team at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula is responsible for securing financial support to sustain and expand the organization's programs. They cultivate relationships with donors, conduct research to identify potential funding sources, and manage grant writing efforts to ensure sustainable funding. Additionally, this team coordinates fundraising initiatives and marketing strategies to engage the community and increase contributions to advance the mission of fostering school success for youth in the area.
