Aileen Reischl has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Aileen started their career in 2004 as an Administrative Intern at Emory Healthcare, where they worked for six months. In 2005, they became a Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at the same organization and held this position for seven years. Aileen then moved to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in 2012, where they served as a Practice Manager for two years. In 2015, they joined Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the Director of Planning & Measurement for one year. Afterwards, they were promoted to National Director of Measurement & Data Operations, a role they have been in since May 2016. In this position, Aileen is responsible for leading the development and implementation of measurement and assessment tools, supporting the local Boys & Girls Club organizations in utilizing data for achieving their goals, and increasing revenue.
Aileen Reischl pursued their education by completing a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2003. Aileen then furthered their studies by obtaining a Master's degree in Health Policy and Management with a focus on Health Policy and Management from Emory University from 2003 to 2004.
