Alisha Harrison, CTRT-C, has over 15 years of experience in youth development, encompassing various leadership roles primarily with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Currently serving as Weikart Youth Methods Trainer and Learning Coach, Alisha facilitates essential training modules for staff and enhances member safety as a Peer Safety Consultant. Alisha is also the Founder-Manager of both Helen's House, focused on emotional intelligence and mental health for youth, and Luminary Productions LLC, offering trauma resilience training and resources. Previous roles include Senior Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell and Child & Youth Programs Manager at MCAS Miramar Youth & Teen Center. Alisha holds degrees in Organizational Management and Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Ashford University and the University of Cincinnati, respectively.
