Charles English serves as the President of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas since 2006, overseeing one of the largest and oldest Clubs in the nation, which provides after-school programs for over 6,000 youth across 14 locations in Dallas County. Previously, Charles held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Southern Dallas Development Corp from 1989 to 2003, where responsibilities included commercial business and real estate financing for small to medium-sized enterprises in low to moderate-income Texas communities. Additionally, Charles served as Vice President at MBank Dallas from 1978 to 1981. Charles holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Dallas and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Texas.
