Courtney Peach

Director Of Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Courtney Peach has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the non-profit sector and government. Courtney most recently served as the Director of Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Events at Dallas Zoo from 2022 until 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Director of Development at Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc., where they managed the Development Department and was responsible for fundraising and management of major events.

Before their time at Goodwill, Peach worked at Hunt Oil Company as a Project Coordinator in Corporate Engagement & International Relations from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they supported various government affairs activities and managed logistics for international trips and events. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Courtney also gained valuable experience working in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Congressional Scheduler from 2010 to 2011 and as a Congressional Intern in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives in 2009 and 2008, respectively.

Courtney Peach attended the University of Mississippi from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism.
