Debbie Longo, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations in the education, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. Currently, they serve as the National Director of Talent Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development initiatives. These initiatives focus on enhancing the leadership capacity of executives within the organization to increase impact in their clubs and communities.

Prior to joining Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Debbie held various leadership roles. Debbie served as the Corporate Director of Organizational Development and Learning Services at Emory Healthcare from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as the Manager of Learning and Leadership Development in 2016.

Debbie also gained valuable experience at Emory University as the Director of Learning and Development from 2013 to 2016. Debbie began their career at iHealth Technologies as the Manager of Learning and Talent Development from 2008 to 2013.

Before transitioning to the healthcare sector, Debbie worked at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta from 1999 to 2008. During this time, they held multiple positions, including Project Manager of Management Development and Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer.

Throughout their career, Debbie has consistently demonstrated their expertise in talent development, leadership capacity building, and instructional design across various industries.

Debbie Longo, Ed.D. has an extensive education history. Debbie obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development from The University of Georgia, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Education degree in Adult Education & Human Resources Organizational Development from the same university, attending from 2005 to 2007. In 2004, Debbie Longo, Ed.D. obtained a Certificate in Instructional Design from The University of Georgia.

Before pursuing higher education, Debbie Longo, Ed.D. received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Georgia State University. Debbie also holds an Associate of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University Perimeter College.

In addition to their formal education, Debbie Longo, Ed.D. has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
