Erica Ceballos has a diverse work experience in various industries. Erica started their career in 2019 as a Communications Intern at the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP). In 2020, they worked as a Contributing Writer at Spotlight On Cinema and as a Television Development & Production/ Literary Management Intern at Untitled Entertainment.

In 2021, Erica joined California State University, Northridge as a Media Law Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Their responsibilities in this role included assisting with teaching media law-related courses.

Currently, Erica is working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they have held multiple roles. Erica began as a Marketing Content Associate in August 2022 and later became a Program Development Associate.
