Erin Shallat is a culinary nutritionist currently working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since October 2021. In addition, Erin Shallat has been providing services as a nutrition expert, food stylist, private chef, and caterer through ES Consulting since 2011, and operates Erin Shallat Catering since 2001, managing all aspects of catering private dinners and events. Erin Shallat's experience includes serving as a culinary instructor at Ramekins Culinary School from 2015 to 2019, where interactive vegan cooking classes were conducted, as well as completing a nutritionist internship at Sonoma Valley Hospital in 2017. Earlier experience includes teaching private yoga classes in San Francisco and Marin from 2000 to 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Saint Mary's College of California and coursework at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2014 to 2017.
