Greg Kimbrough

Greg Kimbrough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational operations within the nonprofit sector, particularly with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since 2013. As the National Director of Leadership Development, Kimbrough oversees the strategic development and execution of leadership programs impacting over 8,000 leaders across the organization. Previous roles include Director of Executive Development, where a focus on enhancing the onboarding processes for CEOs was paramount, and Director of Organizational Development for the Southeast Region. Prior to this, Kimbrough served as CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County, overseeing operations and strategic planning, and held various positions at Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, including Senior Director of Resource Development and Athletic Director. Kimbrough holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
