Jeremy File has a diverse work experience in the field of basketball. Jeremy is currently the Head Basketball Trainer at The L.A.B with Jeremy File / Southern Michigan Unified Director, where they travel the country to help players of all ages improve their skills and personal development. Jeremy is also the Director of The Southern Michigan Unified Basketball Club.

Prior to this, Jeremy worked as an NBA Skills Trainer at Jeremy File Basketball Lab, where they trained players of all ages in basketball skills, speed training, strength and conditioning, and also provided mentorship. Jeremy was also associated with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America as the Athletic Director, running mentorship programs and overseeing the athletic department. Jeremy also has a passion for playing basketball professionally and has played in various leagues such as IBL, CBA, PBL, ABA, and China. Additionally, they have been involved with possibletraining.com and the Elevate program in 2012. Throughout their career, Jeremy has maintained a strong dedication to basketball and is always striving to reach higher levels of achievement.
