Senior Director, Youth Development Training at Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Katie Lee has an extensive work experience, starting from 2009 until the present. Katie began their career at Colegio Bilingue Nuevos Horizontes as a Bilingual Education Elementary School Teacher from August 2009 to July 2010. Katie then moved on to Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, where they held multiple roles. From July 2010 to November 2011, they served as the Director of Education. Following that, they became the Executive Director from December 2011 to November 2014. Katie'sfinal role at this company was Director of the College of Strategic Programs from November 2014 to July 2015. Recently, they joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the Director of Youth Development Programs from July 2015 to April 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Youth Development Training at the same organization, starting from April 2019 onwards.

Katie Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Samford University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Program Quality Assessment Basics from The Forum for Youth Investment in 2021, Teen Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in 2021, Tier 3 Master Trainer from Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2019, External Assessor Realiability Training from The Forum for Youth Investment in 2018, and Weikart Youth Methods from The Forum for Youth Investment in 2016.
