Keirston Stepp, MPA, has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations and business development. From 2015 to the present, Stepp has been working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they started as a Director for Account Strategy & Corporate Development, responsible for national partnerships and cause marketing campaigns. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Director, Corporate & Cause Partnerships, overseeing a portfolio of $4 million and managing an additional $5 million in partnerships. Stepp ensures excellent account management and stewardship, deepening relationships and increasing annual giving.

They developed strategic partnerships, planned and executed large-scale events, and managed community relations and product development projects.

Throughout their career, Stepp has demonstrated a strong background in account management, business development, and strategic partnerships in nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

Keirston Stepp, MPA holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, which was obtained from Villanova University. This degree was earned between 2013 and 2015. Prior to their Master's degree, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism with a concentration in Public Administration. This degree was completed at Georgia State University, from 1998 to 2001.
