Michelle Salob has extensive experience in talent development, talent management, and human resources consulting. Michelle has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of Talent Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Talent Management Consultant and Director at a consulting firm, Director of Talent, Engagement, and Culture at Cox Automotive Inc., and Director of Culture & Engagement | Talent Management at McKesson.

In their roles, Michelle has developed and implemented comprehensive talent strategies, designed and led pipeline programs to build future leaders, provided consulting services to align talent strategies with business needs, and modernized employee engagement measurement. Michelle has also led change initiatives, collaborated with stakeholders, and provided coaching to address talent and culture challenges.

Michelle's areas of expertise include succession management, talent review, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and career development. Michelle has worked with organizations of various sizes in a range of industries, including nonprofit, automotive, healthcare, and technology. Prior to their current roles, Michelle worked as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Hewitt Associates LLC and as a Project Manager for a research study on leadership best practices at Aon Hewitt.

Michelle Salob holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Psychology from the University of Rochester.

Michelle has also earned several certifications throughout their career. Michelle is a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching. Michelle completed the Hybrid Working program and the Leading Learning & Development (L&D) program, both offered by the Josh Bersin Academy.
