Michelle Salob has extensive experience in talent development, talent management, and human resources consulting. Michelle has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of Talent Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Talent Management Consultant and Director at a consulting firm, Director of Talent, Engagement, and Culture at Cox Automotive Inc., and Director of Culture & Engagement | Talent Management at McKesson.

In their roles, Michelle has developed and implemented comprehensive talent strategies, designed and led pipeline programs to build future leaders, provided consulting services to align talent strategies with business needs, and modernized employee engagement measurement. Michelle has also led change initiatives, collaborated with stakeholders, and provided coaching to address talent and culture challenges.
