Molly Kucich

Director, Measurements & Insights at Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Molly Kucich has a diverse work experience spanning various fields and roles. Molly is currently the Director of Measurements & Insights at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Applied Data Fellow at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago from January 2022 to April 2023. Molly also served as a Data Manager at Teach For America from March 2022 to August 2022.

In terms of their education background, Molly graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015 with a B.S. in Decision Science, with an additional major in International Relations & Politics. During their time there, they also worked as a Student.

Molly's teaching experience includes roles as a 9th and 10th Honors English Instructor at Noble Street Charter Schools from July 2019 to January 2022, a 7th Grade Literacy Instructor at KIPP Academy Nashville from July 2017 to July 2018, and a 5th Grade Literacy Instructor at Liberty Collegiate Academy from July 2015 to June 2017. Molly also served as a Corps Member at Teach For America from June 2015 to August 2017.

Furthermore, Molly has gained legal experience through internships at the U.S. Department of Justice as a Legal Intern from January 2014 to April 2014, and at Washtenaw County as a Judicial Intern from May 2013 to August 2013.

Molly Kucich completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Decision Science at Carnegie Mellon University from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Arts in Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago from 2021 to 2022.
