Pramen also played a key role in setting up brand new insurance companies in Kentucky, Louisiana, and West Virginia as a Data Architect/Integration Manager.
Earlier in their career, Pramen served as a Lead Architect/Technical Manager for US Army Projects, where they managed teams developing and supporting Wildcat Maintenance Management Systems. Pramen successfully led the consolidation of distributed databases into a single database and received high customer satisfaction scores.

Pramen Rajbhandari earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Pramen later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Mississippi and completed the program from 1996 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Pramen obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in April 2020. Pramen also completed The Data Scientist's Toolbox course, earning a certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2015.
