Kathryn Germick

Kathryn Germick is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota since November 2022. Previously, Kathryn held various roles at the same organization, including Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resource Intern, and Youth Development Professional. Between June 2020 and November 2022, Kathryn worked at Firehouse Subs as a Shift Manager and Food Service Worker. Additionally, Kathryn contributed as a Peer Mentor at St. Cloud State University in 2020, assisting peers during their transition to college life. Kathryn is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from St. Cloud State University, with an expected graduation in December 2023.
