Michelle Daniels

Michelle Daniels is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago since September 2018, Michelle has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same organization since November 2014. Prior to this, Michelle was the Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at the YMCA of Northwestern DuPage County from December 2010 to November 2014 and worked as HR Manager at JCC Chicago from November 2008 to December 2010. Michelle began a career in HR as a Generalist at the Heritage YMCA Group between January 1993 and January 2006.
