Annie Lawler serves as the Director of Education and TOPS Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County since August 2022. Previously, Annie held the position of Americorps Member with PASS AmeriCorps and was a Corps Member & Community Relations Recruiter with AmeriCorps NCCC, focusing on community service projects across the United States. Additional experience includes roles as an Administrative and Communications Assistant at the Iowa Council of Foundations, a Customer Service Representative at UNI Bookstore, and Executive Co-Director for the University of Northern Iowa Dance Marathon, where Annie coordinated fundraising efforts. Career highlights also comprise marketing leadership for the UNI Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and providing respite services at The Respite Connection. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Youth and Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa.

BGCDC is a non-profit youth development organization in Dane County, Wisconsin, that serves over 7,750 adolescents in eleven venues, including eight school-based sites and three classic club sites. Through exceptional programming in five major areas character & leadership development, education & career development, health & lifeskills, the arts, and sports, fitness & recreation, The clubs inspire kids to dream and teach them the skills to achieve when they're most impressionable.
