James Collins

James Collins is the current Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager at Microsoft Professional Services from September 2020 to September 2022. James also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the State of Delaware, Office of Governor Jack Markell from January 2014 to October 2014.

Collins has a wealth of experience working with businesses, interest groups, and state and local government agencies. James is known for their ability to find solutions to complex problems and their dedication to constituent services. James is respected by many in the legislature for their partnership approach to legislative initiatives.

James Collins has a Masters of Science in Managing Innovation and Information Technology from Champlain College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesley College, Delaware.
