Randy Redcay

Randy Redcay is the current Trustee at Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware and has been in this role since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer/Comenity Bank for Alliance Data from March 2013 to March 2020. Comenity Bank is one of the nation's leading providers of private label products and services. From April 2004 to March 2013, Randy was the Head of Operational Risk and Governance at Barclays Bank. Randy led the Enterprise Risk Management function during their time there. From January 2003 to December 2004, Randy was the Securitization Servicing Manager at JPMorgan Chase. From January 2000 to December 2003, they were First Vice President at MBNA America. Randy began their career at JPMorgan in May 1989, where they served as Vice President until May 2000. From August 1987 to May 1989, they were a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse.

Randy Redcay has an MBA in Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware and a BS in Accounting and Economics from the same school.
