Ben Jackson

Ben Jackson is a human resources professional with over 20 years of experience. Ben is currently the Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas. Prior to this, they spent seven years at AT&T in various human resources roles, culminating in their role as AVP of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for global policy, wellness and wellbeing, corporate discounts, and corporate relocation. Ben also led the team that won AT&T's award for best wellness program. Prior to their role in human resources, they spent two years as the Director of Compensation for AT&T's Technology and Network Organization. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the annual compensation process for 58,000 employees, awarding nearly $1 billion in bonuses, base pay increases, and long term incentives annually. Jackson has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
