Montrice Lasley-Shabete

Montrice Lasley-Shabete has extensive experience in various roles within nonprofit organizations. Montrice currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside, a position they started in August 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Program Services at the same organization from August 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside, Montrice worked as a Career Services Coordinator at Goodwill Southern California from June 2021 to August 2022. Montrice also served as Center Director at the U.S. Dream Academy from December 2018 to June 2021.

Montrice's previous experience includes roles at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Redlands, where they served as Director of Program Services from November 2011 to December 2018. Before that, they held positions as Senior Site Director from August 2011 to November 2011 and Site Director from August 2007 to August 2011. Montrice started their career at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix as a Branch Manager, where they worked from June 1997 to June 2007.

Montrice Lasley-Shabete received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Illinois State University in 1995. In 2021, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Claremont Lincoln University.
