Elaine Bittner

Elaine Bittner is the Founder, CEO, and President of EB Strategy Partners, where expertise in the energy and environmental sectors is leveraged to drive energy markets, facilitate transformational change, and support leadership development across industries. In addition to leading EB Strategy Partners, Elaine serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware and Co-Chair of 50/50 Women on Boards, advocating for youth empowerment and gender diversity in corporate governance. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, business development, and operations across multiple subsidiaries. Elaine holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, an MBA in Business, Finance & Management from Wilmington University, and has furthered education through various prestigious institutions.
