Ivan Gilreath

Ivan Gilreath is the current President & CEO at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale. Ivan has held this position since February 2011. Prior to that, they were the President/Chief Executive Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands from January 1993 to December 2006. During their time there, they managed an annual budget of over $9 million dollars and successfully lead a $25 million capital campaign to grow the number of clubs from 8 to 14. Ivan also grew average daily attendance of youth from 900 per day to 2,400 per day. In addition, they developed an award winning literacy program called "Readers to Leaders", reactivated a scholarship program, and established multiple partnerships, most notably with 3 major school districts and the Omaha Police Department. Ivan also completely transformed the delivery model during the COVID-19 pandemic to continuing to serve our vulnerable population.

Ivan Gilreath has an MBA in Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a certification from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in Group Exercise Leadership Certification.
