Sapan Shah

Sapan Shah is currently a Trustee at BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF MERCER COUNTY INC. Prior to that, they were with HSBC Bank from May 2006 to August 2008 as VP, Relationship Manager. Before HSBC, Sapan was with The Chase Manhattan Bank from July 2004 to April 2006 as AVP/Business Relationship Manager. Sapan has experience in developing, maintaining, and managing large and complex commercial credit portfolios, with a strategic focus on traditional C&I Banking. Sapan is well-seasoned in credit underwriting, financial statement and tax return analysis, cash flow and collateral analysis, industry & market data, and Risk Rating protocols. Sapan's goals are multifacted and broken down into 3 key areas with the following general initiatives: 1.) Employees - To increase employee engagement, foster professional development, improve cultural awareness, and provide leadership opportunities for employees. 2.) Customers - Supporting and spearheading market initiatives to deepen market share. 3.) Communities - Supporting Asian American community initiatives.

Sapan Shah studied finance as an undergraduate at Seton Hall University. Sapan then pursued a certification in adaptive project leadership from LinkedIn.
