Sean Phillips

Sean brings over 20 years of management and leadership experience working with youth, in New Jersey and California. In his career, he's been responsible at several YMCA's for operations and budget, plus program design, development and implementation. His responsibilities at BGCM include supervising the Centre Street Clubhouse and the Trenton After School Programs.
