Operations and Program Management

The Operations and Program Management team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of youth development programs across various locations. This team collaborates on strategic initiatives, manages operational logistics, and oversees program implementation to promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and leadership skills among the youth. By coordinating resources and providing support to Club staff, they enhance the overall experience for the nearly 7,000 kids and teens served each year.
