Natasha Basey Pedroza currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, leading the organization’s fundraising, marketing, and community engagement initiatives to support youth development. Prior to this role, Natasha was the Chief Development Officer at University of California Observatories, where efforts centered on advancing scientific and educational missions. Natasha has also held various development positions at Santa Clara University, overseeing significant fundraising programs and engaging alumni. Natasha's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Latin American Youth Center and Georgetown University, focusing on alumni relations and student affairs. Natasha holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies from DePauw University.
