Omayra Matamoros MHSA, JD, serves as the Director of Resource Development and Quality Assurance at Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico since January 2019, focusing on enhancing the operational efficiency of the resource development department. Concurrently, Matamoros works as a paralegal at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC specializing in Mass Tort Litigation, and has held the position of Administrator and Office Manager at Sub-Specialist Health Clinic since August 2011, where responsibilities include employee supervision, billing management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Prior experience includes roles as a Client Advocate at CEREBRAL PALSY, a Compliance Officer and Quality Officer at the Puerto Rico Health Department, and a paralegal for Eddie Ramirez, Esq.
