Mike Mitchell

Mike Mitchell has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career as a Freelance Writer at IGN Entertainment in 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Health & Fitness Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco from 2008 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing programs on healthy living, physical fitness, and skill building for youth. Additionally, they prepared and tracked program plans with pre- and post-tests. Mike Mitchell also worked as a Freelance Writer at IGN Entertainment from 2010 to 2011. Before their time at IGN, they were employed as a Substitute Teacher at Oakland Unified School District from 2008 to 2010.

Mike Mitchell attended the University of San Francisco from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Exercise and Sports Science. In 2011, they obtained a Food Protection Manager Certification from the Department of Public Health.
