Jennifer Weiss

Jennifer Weiss is an experienced leader in nonprofit and community development, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin since May 2008. Under Jennifer's leadership, the organization expanded significantly, growing from three locations serving hundreds of youth to over 10,000 youth annually across 40 locations in ten cities. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Petaluma, where a $1 million debt was eliminated, and attendance increased by 40%. Additional experience includes managing sales at Shea Homes, operating a consulting firm, and working with Gap Inc. on brand strategy. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
